TeamWorx Virtual Assistants are vetted, trained and performance proven to meet or exceed your needs.
Answer: Your Dedicated Virtual Assistant will be available to work during normal US Based work hours Monday through Friday. Their available hours will align with your US Time Zone.
Answer: You can easily and efficiently communicate with your Virtual Assistant through your email service, Teams, Zoom, Whatsapp or your chosen path of communication.
Answer: For our Centralized Support option, TeamWorx Staffing manages all aspects of the team’s performance and productivity.
If you select our Dedicated Virtual Assistant option, you manage all aspects of your virtual assistant’s performance and ongoing training needs. If there is a performance issue that would warrant the virtual assistant’s removal, contact us and we will terminate the virtual assistant and provide you with a replacement with no additional initial set up cost.
Answer: If you select TeamWorx Centralized Support Option, you can usually start sending your administrative and support function task to us within a day after signing up.
With our Dedicated Virtual Assistant option, once you select your virtual assistant they will enter training and usually be job ready within 14 to 21 days. The length of time will vary depending on the level of initial training that we provide. The total time for this process from interview to job ready is usually approximately 30 days.

We provide our remote associates with all equipment needed. This allows us to install and maintain necessary programs to keep information safe and it allows us to proactively monitor for any potential issues.
Answer: Our Virtual Assistants are highly educated multi lingual professionals. All of our virtual assistants are able to easily communicate in English both verbally and written communication.
Answer: You pay the initial set up fee which covers the initial cost of the equipment and training and then you pay a monthly subscription fee. TeamWorx Staffing pays all ongoing equipment fees, connection fees, associated employment payroll/hr cost, etc.
Answer: We make it simple for you. We handle all pay and payroll related expenses on your behalf from the monthly subscription fee for our services.
Answer: We take information and data security very seriously. Our Virtual Assistants are thoroughly vetted, (can be bonded at your request for an additional fee), and we utilize remote desk top solutions to ensure that your sensitive data is secure.
As part of TeamWorx onboarding process, all candidates selected for employment will execute a Non Disclosure Agreement which will allow for recourse against the virtual assistant in the event of an issue.
